Is there any publicly available info on L3D DASH? All I could find was "L3D DASH aims to reduce playback startup times by including more frequent IDR frames in video segments" - it doesn't sound like any changes at all are required to support it

From SVTA/DASH-IF Meeting on 17.9: DASH-IF will work in a document explaining the basic approach of L3D DASH, including examples. The 6th edition of the MPEG DASH specification contains the definition of L3D DASH.
