Azure - Managed Identity use instead of SAS key connection string #810

Unable to ship logs to datadog using the azure/activity_logs_monitoring code with a managed identity. Only accepts the SAS key connection string for authentication between the event hub and the azure function. The function model used seems to be v3.0 instead of the latest v4.0 which allows the use managed identities.

Ultimately would like to move away from using SAS keys in our environment and the use of managed identities is preferred by most (if not all) orgs.

Creating this issue as I cannot see any asking for this improvement.
