RDS Enhanced Metrics getting exported as Logs

Describe what happened:
I have deployed the datadog forwarder using the CloudFormation stack from the official Datadog documentation. My main motive was to get the enhanced metrics (RDSOSMetrics - json log in CloudWatch) to be exported as metrics to Datadog.

Describe what you expected:
Expecting the RDS Enhanced metrics to get exported to Datadog as metric itself

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Deployed the Datadog-Forwarder
2. Create Lambda Subscription filter for RDSOSMetrics
3. Chose the log type as JSON
