Needs an updated overview, and really an entire re-design.

all the internal links should be good, now, for the whole project.

still need to work on this readme, but first adding content, because the more subjects having their own pages changes the structure, and so... need to keep working out the main categories I want to focus on...

The standards area, of course.
Related Regulation: Personal Data, Privacy, Digital Identification.

I've gone through about half of the project filling out a few areas that needed attention,
but am hesitant to spend too much time on this readme, while the site structure is in flow.
