Create Exceptions

There needs to be exceptions for typos, incorrect command use, and other issues that may occur from a user-experience stand point. This needs to be done for every command, explaining how to use the command, and all the required parameters required for the command to work. Auto-correction can also be useful, however may be difficult to implement at this stage,

Help and Command List

Create a list of all commands and a general comment on how the command works. This needs to be able to be called on through an embed for users to read all the commands. The commands should be separated in different categories.
