Merge two Kraken databases?

Hi all.
I am working with rumen metagenomics and struggling with the % of annotated reads with different databases.

I have downloaded HungateDB, CowRumen, and PlusPF (all in Kraken format) and have different % of mapping results.

I don't know if it is possible to merge databases. Is it?
Or any idea on how to improve taxonomy%mapping?
