Migrating zenbot to a new location

Dear all,

We've had a few points come up where we needed more access rights to the current repository owned by @carlos8f than that we currently have. Some folks have requested I move the current repository to a fork that I control, and I intend on getting this set up soon, leaving this repo as a "redirect" to the new location for current users.

I am creating this issue as a way to "democratically" ask watchers if they are extremely against this plan, and to have a roadmap of work left to be done to finish this migration.

• Create a new home, i.e. github.com/deviavir/zenbot or sub organization I control, i.e. github.com/highvelocityspace/zenbot
• Attribute clearly the original author
• Leave the current repository as a redirect to the new location
• Add more collaborators
