Not a bug report for this, per se, but if you try to run from source using the batch files on Windows with Python 3.13.0 (the latest) you'll run into an error where the window just closes, even if you say yes to console.. turns out it's tkinter not being found when the installer for python is ran. See python/cpython#125235
Sorry to make a "bugrep" about this but wanted to make sure there was awareness for anybody else who ran into it.
