Describe the bug
The item check is not performed when receiving messages/calls

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Check if you have the phone item
    1.2. If you have it, drop it
  2. Send a message from another player to you
  3. See an error

Expected behavior
Check should be performed.
