Tell user why he can't add subreddit to multireddit

Description

As of now, if multireddit is full and you trying to add subreddit to this multireddit you will receive "Unable to add to ", i think it will be better if error messages can say "This multireddit is full, you cannot add more subreddit's to it"

Additional context

Sometimes "Unable to add to " can mean "there is error on reddit side" and sometimes it "this multireddit if full", as of now, user cannot know exact reason why he can't add subreddit to multireddit.
