Report more status in console log #176

Description

To improve error analysis more information should be logged to the console log.

Following information might be helpful:

connection state to printer
- initial connection
- connection loss
- data corruption
printer state changes
...

I believe initial connection is already logged
Printer state changes occur very frequently so logging them would clutter the log too much IMO
Logging data corruption would invite more support queries on the forum. Better I think to keep a count that can be viewed via the Setup page
