As the Mandel upgrade coordination team, we need to understand the current state of the applications operating nodes on EOS so that we can effectively plan where we focus our efforts.

Background

During the 1.8 upgrade coordination effort, the team found the exercise of distributing a survey to EOS node operators valuable as it helped begin the process of making contact with node operators, building awareness of the impacts of the upgrade, and tracking the level of awareness.
