[ftr] extend build.xml to get rid of build.sh

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really. We have the workflow that a shell script is calling the ant build process and we should get rid of it if ant can do all these things by itsself.

Describe the solution you'd like
Integrating the two or three steps done ba build.sh into build.xml (maybe also integrating that ant is using the sencha-docker-image).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leave the state as it is or integrating calling sencha into build.sh
