User input: Frequency of the Song being pushed

Just adding a song every 2 min. might not be the best solution for pushing songs as it is not dynamic.
The Group dynamic might be difficult to catch with just a min. timing.

A user input on the frequency of a new song being pushed to the queue or dynamically adjusting the frequency based on the number of votes.
