Can't find short code

When I use the online form at https://chainy.link/add I don't seem to be given a short code, just a field with the generated JSON (again, which does not appear to contain the short code). I made sure to try with the "published" option selected, but this still didn't seem to provide me with the short code.

This appears to have been an issue in the past (#2) and I'm wondering if the same error happened again.
