Description
When open my neovim, the time boot is very very long, please. Add new feature at time Codeium's boot (async boot)
See video, first part, my configuration is configured to load codeium's plugin when open neovim, and second part, my configuration is configured to load codeium's plugin when open new file in initialized neovim.
