  • Currently adjusting rsciio_velox parser not required because EMD capable already, timing data need specific inspection though
  • Draft NXem_calorimetry
  • EMD file basically just stack_2d of SAEDs + metadata, suggestion: ENTRY[entry1]/measurement/event_data_em_set/EVENT_DATA_EM[event_data_em1]/IMAGE_SET[image_set1]/stack_2d
  • DENS time series plus some ELN stuff, plus some configuration time offsets, NOMAD ELN
  • Implementing parsing and normalization pynxtools-em-calorimetry (preparing for example parser/plugin) takes EMD (later MRC),
    runs code, returns instance of NXem_calorimetry with default plots
