Enderman doesn't teleport when about to be hit with potato cannon's projectiles

Describe the Bug

One of enderman's abilities is teleportation when being about to hit with any projectile (i.e. arrow, snowballs)

But that ability doesn't work with potato cannon's projectiles.

There is a line in potato projectile entity's class that should prevent hitting endermen, but it's not.

Reproduction Steps

1. Shoot enderman with potato cannon
2. Enderman get hit

Expected Result

Enderman would teleport and potato cannon's projectile wouldn't hit it
