Few parameters for counsel-gtags-path-style #13

It would be nice to use:

(setq counsel-gtags-path-style 'abslib)
or
(setq counsel-gtags-path-style 'shorter)

With short (root) filenames, navigation does not work for GTAGSLIBPATH.
