Rule List Config with auto-update by URL stuck on certain version

Hello,

I have a rule list config which is served via URL. Everything worked fine until recently it stopped updating itself. It is stuck with the previous version of the list. It updates itself if you force it with the "Download Profile Now" button. However, changes last until the browser or an extension is restarted. After that, the list contains the same old version of itself. I don't know if it's a bug or if something is wrong with the list. But the format of the list is:
