How to generate four sets of rotation keys via config.json?

context->EvalBootstrapSetup({4, 4}, {0, 0}, num_solt);
context->EvalBootstrapKeyGen(key_pair.secretKey, num_solt);
context->EvalRotateKeyGen(key_pair.secretKey, {1,-1});  

num_solt will change . {1,-1} rotation keys will change
