[1.21, fabric] start up crash with both figura and creeper overhaul mods enabled

Bug Description

minecraft crashes with both figura (0.1.5-rc.1+1.21) and creeper overhaul (4.0.4) enabled, disabling creeper overhaul makes minecraft launch and therefore figura works just as fine

using fabric loader 0.16.2 with the rest of the mods installed:
Fabric API 0.102.0+1.21
GeckoLib 4.5.8
Resourceful Lib 3.0.9
Resourcefulconfig 3.0.3

this was just a vanilla instance of 1.21 using prism launcher with no other mods installed just to do a sanity check

Reproduction Steps

make a new vanilla 1.21 instance with fabric loader 0.16.2
add the latest creeper overhaul, fabric api from modrinth (and the latest build of figura for 1.21)
launch the instance
should expect a crash before getting into the game
