Let users be informed about any errors during API requests in plannings map #543

  • Error handling should be implemented using the interface of the global API service
  • The display of the error should be appropriate to the current main interface (e.g. form vs. map overlay)
  • Users should be informed about the consequences of errors that occurred
  • Users should be informed about possible actions they can take to remedy the error
  • Transmitting details about the error back to FixMyCity through a service such as Sentry is out of scope

I will start implementing the redux part, but for the UI part we need to clarify how the UI/UX part (displayal of the error) shall work.
