[Bug]: Vertical Tab bar malfunctioning

Bug Summary

With the vertical tab bar feature turned on, floorp --> settings --> Design --> Tab Bar features are broken, not working properly.

3. "Vertical Tab bar" activated
4. Tab Bar

Expected Behavior

It should work properly.

This is supposed to be a specification that does not work properly in the vertical tab state.
You may need to hide that setting while using vertical tabs.

This problem does not occur on my fedora 40 computer. It's a Windows problem

[CutterKnife]

This problem also occurs on macOS. Vertical tabs are an experimental feature and are basically not intended to be used with other design settings.
