[Bug]: Staff/Menber Avatar displays over NavBar on scroll #797

Description

When I go to the staff or active members page, I notice that the Avatars on the right of the page appear above the NavBar when you hover over them...

To Reproduce

  1. Go to the staff or active members page
  2. Scroll up to see the staff or active members
  3. Hover on the avatar on the far right
  4. Notice that the avatar scales up and appears above the navbar
