Strict MIME type checking is enforced for module scripts per HTML spec

I'm getting this for @angular/core and @angular/platform-browser-dynamic.

Getting this when trying to use streaming imports and a folder structure that uses routes:

packageOptions: {
    /* ... */
    source: "remote",
  },
routes: [{ match: "routes", src: ".*", dest: "/Demo/index.html" }],

fwiw, i got this error when i was trying to import a typescript file that was above the /src dir.
