When a CNAM is not found in one of the sources, Superfecta appears to return a blank CNAM to FreePBX. I have "Discard Numeric" in the Trunk Provided source set to 'No', but the CNAM still comes out blank. I even tried removing all the sources except for Trunk Provided and still the same output. Is there anyway to keep the CID in the CNAM unless a CNAM is found from one of the sources?
I have the following scheme:
Asterisk Phonebook
Trunk Provided
TrueCNAM
PhoneSpamFilter
FccComplaints
