Describe the bug

Players with boots containing the "Wings" enchantment can fly in worlds that are disabled in the AdvancedEnchantment configuration by switching to an Elytra mid-fall.

How to reproduce

Spam-click the jump (space bar) while falling and equip an Elytra = User is able to fly in a disabled world.

This doesn't work for me. You are using AntiWorldFly though, so might be a conflict. Try on a server with only AE please
