Would be useful to have option to classify data layers hosted multiple geonodes - avoiding copy paste of data layers to labs (TH) geonode

@fjacon could you provide us with technical options and associated LoE to enable ThinkHazard! to use remote layer from Afghanistan GeoNode (http://disasterrisk.af.geonode.org/ )

options: remote service with metadata patch on afg GN, or remote service and update metadata on our side, or manual download and upload to our GN
Need to confirm no. layers we would like
