When ECS Solr Task restarts, we noticed cases when new task not able to use the Solr Core on EFS storage due to file lock (when use default native LockType), or new follwer task not able to replicate from leader due to corrupted Core (when use none LockType).

We are giving the simple LockType a try and working out a retry mechanism in case the file lock.
