It looks like this message should have a full guid identifier for debugging.

2020-08-13 18:16:32,825 DEBUG [ckanext.harvest.queue] Re-sent object f to the fetch queue

How to reproduce

on catalogharvester1d:

  1. Trigger a re-queue (how?)
  2. sudo tail -f /var/log/harvester_run.log

Expected behavior

Log message includes enough debugging information to investigate

Actual behavior

Log message is ambiguous, missing guid.
