The pagination UI green is not used anywhere else in our color palette. I think it should probably be the Data.gov blue instead.

How to reproduce

  1. https://catalog-next.sandbox.datagov.us/dataset
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the results.

Expected behavior

Pagination UI colors are used from the Data.gov palette.

Actual behavior

Pagination UI includes a green that is not part of the palette.
