[Suggestion] Add support for EU, Time, and similar systems for recipe groups.

Currently when making a recipe group, the only aspects of that recipe which gets considered is the input items/fluids and the output item that it's set to (well, hopefully with #530 it'll support a bit more in terms of multiple outputs). It doesn't support consideration for other aspects of that recipe, like the cost of some kind of unit related to that catalyst (EU, RF, LP, etc.). Similarly, it also doesn't support the effective processing time for any individual recipe, or the amount of unit / s or unit / t in cases which need a steady supply (EU/t, mainly).

This suggestion is to expand on those considerations, allowing the user to have support for things like EU generation from turbines as a recipe, the time it takes to do 4 recipes in their specific machines, etc. To consider OCing, have the information be based on the screen the recipe is being bookmarked on (so it'll take the info depending on what machine catalyst tier is being used, for example, although I'm less sure on how to support multis or coils).

Then for the recipe group tooltip, it can mention the overall processing time or required EU/T or EU total you need to do that group.
