Rename argo to avoid conflicting with Hackage library of same name #189

Alas, someone beat us to the punch and took the name argo on Hackage: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/argo. To avoid confusion, we should probably rename this package to something different. Something like argo-client might suffice if we package the server as argo-server.
