Make it easier to point to TIFFS on GitHub

Github.com links don't support CORS, but githubusercontent does. GH doesn't make it easy to figure out raw githubusercontent links for binary files

If some puts in a url to a github.com link, parse and change the url to the CORS enabled raw.githubusercontent
