links in tabellen openen in hetzelfde window/tabblad terwijl ze in de toelichting wel in een nieuw window/tabblad openen.
mijn voorkeur is altijd openen in een nieuw tab/window.

Voorbeeld paragraaf 3.1.1 access rights:
Een waarde uit Access Rights Named Authority List is verplicht.
in de onderstaande tabel opent dct:accessRights in hetzelfde tab/window.
vind ik lastiger werken.

Nice-to-have ;-)
