Ctrl + Enter does not Exit the table

Hello I am trying to find a way to exit the table especially when the table is last at the bottom of the editor.
Ctrl + Enter or Shift + Enter is not working for me or in the example https://gitbookio.github.io/slate-edit-table/
Am I missing something

I am using slate v 0.44.6 and slate-edit-table v 0.18.0.

Hi,

Slate-edit-table is no longer compatible with the main slate distribution, instead it can only be used with gitbook's slate fork.

There's a repo here that is updated to use latest slate. https://github.com/jasonphillips/slate-deep-table
