a way to see WHO (which followed streamer) is hosting a stream on the following page would be great! It could influence people's decision on whether on not to watch the stream. It makes it more clear why exactly the stream is appearing on the following page. Also, if the hoster is someone who no longer streams, and just hosts people all the time, one might want to unfollow that streamer. Viewers may also wish to give the hosting streamer feedback on the streams they host, like "we really like this person, you should host more streams like that" or "we don't like this streamer, their stream is nothing like yours"
