Show the CLS contribution along with the element nodes

In #10702 the top contributing elements to CLS are surfaced in a diagnostic audit. As mentioned in that PR it would be be more helpful if we could also surface how much each of those elements contributes to the total CLS number. This can be shown either as a percentage of the CLS total or as the actual score per shift ("shifterinos").
