Ideally we would have gotten an earlier heads up when theverge's audit time regressed and took 60 seconds longer. #6067

Perhaps we can set up solution to watch our end-to-end latency.

Any ideas on the implementation? Is this just measuring start - end time? Or are we going to put measurements in lighthouse to test those? Maybe we could some fancy things with stubbing and running a test.

Not sure what you're looking for.
