Dependency chrome-launcher should be updated to the latest version when it releases.
I'll add pull request when it happens.
What is the motivation or use case for changing this? lighthouse does not work with WSL 2 environment and new release of is-wsl package fixes that. Updated chrome-launcher package, which actually consumes is-wsl, hasn't been released yet.
How is this beneficial to Lighthouse? lighthouse would work with WSL 2 environment.
