Swapping only a particular segment of the face (ex. eyes)

I'm running a workflow and I only want to swap eyes onto the input image. Is there a way to achieve this with reactor?

I've tried to use a source image with only the upper half of the face, but it makes the lower half (mouth/chin) incredibly distorted.
