Is there any way to use Reactor to upscale even if I don't plan to swap faces?

I've found that Reactor upscaler is very fast (and good enough) by itself for any type of image, even if I don't intend to use Reactor to swap faces. Is there anyway to use Reactor just as an upscaler?

Using the same upscaler (4x_NMKD-Siax_200k at 1.5x), SD Forge Hires. fix is too slow compared to Reactor upscaler, or I maybe doing something wrong.
