Expected Behavior

When change the range of the drilling plant with screwdriver, the notification in chat should appear correctly whether chunk mode is on or off

Actual Behavior

When change the range of the Ore Drilling Plant while chunk mode is on with a screwdriver, the notification in chat appears normally

Steps to Reproduce

Turn off the chunk mode and use the screwdriver on the drilling controller
