Hi, I have been using Clair with demo test-data, but run into issue as follows: Do you know what causing this issue ? I have installed via conda under virtual environment, but I made some changes such as updating samtools since it is not supporting under libcrypt.so version.

Delay 0 seconds before starting variant calling ... taskset: failed to set pid 0's affinity: Invalid argument call_variant.py exited with exceptions. Exiting...
