Pelias autocomplete request needs to support more than 10 results #110

For example this query http://api.digitransit.fi/geocoding/v1/search?text=Eestinkallion&size=40 returns a result "Eestinkallion koulu" but it is not among the first results returned.

This query http://api.digitransit.fi/geocoding/v1/autocomplete?text=Eestinkallion&size=40 returns only 10 matches and "Eestinkallion koulu" is not one of them.

Confirmed. Autocomplete seems to ignore size parameter.
