gen_metadata doesn't always show when a lora fails

OK, tried with deamyswarm using Harrlogos lora, which I know is login gated, and tested against db0's worker. Neither worker showed a lora download error, but results were different, so then I tried db0's worker without Harrlogos and results are now identical, so --> deamyswarm is not using a civitai api key and is not downloading login gated loras/models but this is not being reported in the API response
@db0 It seems gen_metadata is not showing correctly when loras fail to download because they're login gated, though I've noticed it shows in some other workers

And here's the link to the post whre I made a comparison using db0's worker and stickman561, another worker that is giving different results, BUT these are even without loras, so I think it's a configuration issue, maybe even related to hires-fix
