'Featured' image collection and display

For the new homepage, and potentially other applications, it would be useful to have a collection of images generated by users through the horde, especially ones of high quality or which are highly voted.

To this end, I propose some or all of the following:

• A standing kudos bounty, funded by core developers, for any selected high-quality images used by Haidra.
• In discord, through a bot or otherwise, periodic voting for candidate high-quality images
  • I believe there is potential for the existing 'sharing' channels and/or starboard to be leveraged here somehow.
• A modification to the 'ratings' API to periodically inject candidate horde-generated images into the rotation for rating.
• A R2 bucket or similar and associated functionality to view and store these images and/or their parameters.
• Screening of these images through some sort of automated means, such as:
  • Note: These screenings should be either extremely judicious or only added for informational/sorting purposes and should not, generally speaking, be the sole factor for inclusion or exclusion.
  • Aesthetic scorers
  • NSFW checkers
  • Resolution verification (keeping images below a certain resolution, possibly downscaling them)
  • File size checking

It is possible the scope of this issue is larger than this repo or this ticket. Further research and decision making would be needed.

A few questions and suggestions regarding this. None of these are particularly urgent, just things that I'd recommend thinking about or asking the community.

• Would this be based on shared? If not, would it be opt-in or opt-out?
• Could/how would we get permission to use the images?

Image Sharing
As an opt-in feature when you generate requests as a registered user, or always when using this service anonymously, we will share your text2img generations only (we will not share img2img or inpainting) and their metadata (including prompt) with the LAION non-profit to help them improve their datasets.
Image License
The models are licensed with a CreativeML Open RAIL-M license. The website claims no rights on the outputs you generate, you are free to use them and are accountable for their use which must not go against the provisions set in this license. [...]

• For rewards, how would that function with Anon users?
• Who/how would people vote for showcases? Registered users? Trusted? Mods? Admins?

• For the sharing channels, I believe 4-5 upvotes would be good to select some of the best images for judging.
• Alternatively (or in addition), each trusted user could elect one image per (day, week, month?).
• To prevent any issues, I'd be stricter with NSFW detection, especially with such a public display of images.
