Transform tool briefly renders over previous target

When switching the selection + activating the transform tool again, there's a brief flicker where the rectangle is rendered over the previous target:

Unfortunately, it seems the gif doesn't show it at all due to its framerate..

I've momentarily halted all my contributions due to my job's workload, but I plan on getting back at it during the July break 😃. Fixel Studio will also receive some love.
