Complete inDrops support in optimus

Finish work started during the pipeline surge for adding inDrops support to the Optimus pipeline.

Why we are doing this:
Optimus support for inDrops was not quite finished during the surge.

Where to start:
Polina has added code to sctools to parse and attach inDrops barcodes as well as create a barcode whitelist based on the 2 barcode system. These changes have not been merged but can be found on the phs_add_inDrop_clp branch in the sctools repo.

Polina has also added options to Optimus to support inDrops which can be found on a similarly named branch in the skylab repo.

ACs:

• Optimus runs with inDrops data
• Tests for inDrops run on PR
• Scientific tests available ❓
